Before founding Gopf, I had been doing project-based consulting work. I sat down and thought about what I could bring and what I was missing.

The first was development. I'm not a coder. So I needed a technical co-founder. That was Marc Bravin. The second was my mindset. I needed someone who thought internationally from day one. That person was Donnacha Daly.

Being honest about my own blind spots and finding the right people who fill them is still my best decision.
