Dolphins vs. Whales
Last month, a prospect got on a call with us and said: "Wait, you've already set everything up? Our competitors and market data are already in here?" We hadn't even signed a contract yet.
The typical approach in strategic intelligence: You get access to a platform, you're told there's "all the data in the world", then you're asked to learn the query language and build everything yourself.
We take the opposite approach. Before the real work even begins, the market is already mapped, competitors are already tracked, relevant data is already structured.
I often compare it like this: They are the whales. We are dolphins. The whale has the size. But the dolphin has speed.
