Experiment statt Projekt
When I approach a company, I never pitch a project. The moment you say "project", people shut down.
Instead I ask: "Would you mind running a quick experiment? 3 weeks, maximum of 10,000 CHF." An experiment is different. It can fail. That's the whole point.
One of our manufacturing clients started exactly this way. It showed that a process taking four months could be reduced to one week. Today, that change saves them six figures every year.
If you make the first step small enough, curiosity usually wins.
