Vom EMBA-Hörsaal zur Bühne

The first time I walked into an Executive MBA classroom, I was the youngest person in the room. I could feel the skepticism: "What is this young guy going to teach me?"

Then I realized that nobody was there for theory. They were there for real-world experience. So I changed my mindset. Instead of trying to teach, I focused on sharing what I had actually seen and done.

The biggest career shifts rarely are planned. They start with curiosity and require discomfort. And they reward the people who keep going anyway.
