Von 100 Stunden auf 36

A medtech company owned by private equity gave us a list of countries and asked where to acquire next. That answer normally takes 80 to 100 hours of research. Here's how we delivered it in 36 hours:

Those hours were spread across three days.

The ownership details matter because a company owned by private equity can only grow quickly by acquiring. So they needed a global market landscape to know where to look.

Day 1 is the brief and the market sizing.

The customer tells us exactly what they are looking for, and then we go market by market.

With AI support and our own data, we pull the size of each market, its growth rate, and the sources that back those numbers.

Day 2 is enrichment.

We take every market and fill it with the companies operating there. For each company, we build a detailed profile:

  • What they provide, and to whom
  • Their specialization
  • Their twist
  • Whether they have published annual reports we can pull from

Day 3 is the deck, where most of the trust is built.

We prepare the clickable presentation, then we validate everything by hand:

We click every domain to confirm it works, check the data behind each number, and fact-check the market size figures against the reports they came from.

Once I trust the results, I record a video where I walk through what we found and why it matters.

The customer gets that video, the full analysis, and an invitation to talk within the next 1 to 2 days.

We run the same process for other technologies too.

For a velocity sensor manufacturer, Day 1 started with adjacent markets:

Something built for airplanes sits close to the space sector, because rockets operate almost the same way.

The speed does not come from cutting corners.

Every figure is checked by hand, and every finding is explained by a person.
