Was ist KI? Die Frage, die alles blockiert
Two years ago on my 35th birthday, I was standing in Zermatt in front of 24 executives. Before I could say a word, someone called out: "Kevin, just tell us. What is AI?"
I didn't give them one. Every person in that room had a completely different picture of AI in their head. If I start with a definition, I lose half the room.
So I asked one question instead: What problems are you actually dealing with? Because once the problems are specific, you can actually work with them. And most of the time, the answer isn't even AI.
The word AI got expensive. Not because the technology is expensive. Because the confusion is.
