A manufacturer develops a new PFAS-free coating, and no one can yet say which industry will pay for it first. In this video, I walk through how we answer that question in a week:

We start with the technology itself and lay out the fields where it could be applied.

For each of those fields, we pull the market size and growth rate, so you can see where demand is worth chasing and where the competition is already too dense.

Once a segment stands out, we map its ecosystem: the full supplier chain, every company in it, the role each one plays, and where a new player could differentiate. Every claim comes with the source attached.

It works the same way in the other direction, when your product is proven, and it's the market you don't know yet.
